RS Sales has been serving Florida's utility and industrial​ sectors for over 25 years. We represent only the highest caliber products and services from a variety of domestic and international manufacturers. Based in Tampa Bay, we serve the entire state of Florida.

Our Team

Ron Seel
Founder

Ron Seel is the President of RS Sales. Ron obtained his Bachelor's Degree from DeSales University and Master's in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. Prior to starting RS Sales, Ron was a partner in the firm of English, Seel and Smith. ​He also served in various roles at RTE, Square D, and other major industrials.

Joe Liberto
Owner and President - South FL

Joe has been covering the South Florida region for RS Sales since 2007. Previously, he held various sales and management roles with manufacturers, including 12 years with General Motors. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kettering University and an MBA from Wayne State University.

Victoria Crouch

Vickie has been a valued member of the RS Sales team since 1998. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in Mass Communications and handles the daily operations of the office.
